What this is

Agatha publishes AI-generated sports predictions and picks for information and entertainment. No real-money wagering happens on this site. We do not take bets, hold funds, or pay out winnings.

Some player facts on Agatha.gg, such as birth dates, birthplaces, heights, teams and honors, come from Wikidata (CC0) and from English and German Wikipedia (CC BY-SA 4.0); player photos from Wikimedia Commons are used under their own licences, and each photo's author and licence are shown by the info button on the photo.

Sportsbook links

Where we link to a sportsbook, that link goes to a third party with its own terms, its own licensing and its own rules. We do not control what happens there; using a sportsbook is between you and that sportsbook.

No promise of outcomes

Every pick is a statistical opinion, not a certainty. Past results, including everything on the track record, describe what already happened; they are not a forecast of what happens next.

No outcome is guaranteed.

The sealed record

Every pick is sealed on chain 15 minutes before its game starts and graded in public once the game ends. The record is what it is, wins and losses both; see how sealing works.

Age

You must be 21 or older, or the legal gambling age where you live, to create an account or to use any sportsbook link on this site. You confirm your age when you join.

Your account

You do not need an account to use Agatha. If you create one, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy. You sign in with a link or code sent to your email, or with Google, Apple, Discord or X; there is no password.

• One account per email address. Your email is the key to your account: anyone who can read that inbox can sign in, so keep it secure.
• You stay signed in on a browser for up to 400 days after your last visit. Log out on shared devices, and use Log out everywhere on your account page if a device is lost.
• Pick a username that is not offensive and does not pretend to be another person, Agatha or a brand. Some names are reserved or blocked.
• Use only your own email and sign-in accounts. Do not try to get around our sign-in limits or checks, or to disrupt the site.
• Signing in with Google, Apple, Discord or X is also covered by that service's own terms.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or is used to harm Agatha or other people. You can delete your account at any time by emailing [email protected] from the address on the account; a deleted username is retired and cannot be registered again.

Plans

There are two plans, Free and Agatha Pro. Agatha Pro is free during early access: nothing on Agatha costs money today, we take no payments and we do not ask for a card. Features marked Coming are plans, not promises, and can change.

Before any paid plan starts, its price and terms, including a refund clause, will be published here first, and nobody will be charged unless they choose to pay. What happens to early access members when paid plans begin will be set out here before it happens.

Limitation of liability

Agatha is provided as-is. We work to keep the site, your account and the record accurate, but we are not liable for losses from bets you place, decisions you make based on a pick, or the site or your account being down, wrong, or unavailable. Use it at your own risk.

Changes

The site may change, add, or pause features at any time. This page describes the terms as of the effective date above; if it changes in a way that matters, we will update that date. We keep a record of which version of these terms each member accepted when they joined, and if you keep using your account after a new effective date, the terms as changed apply to you.
