Hana Sromova, a retired WTA Tour player from Czechoslovakia, was born on April 10, 1978, in Koprivnice. She played right-handed with a two-handed backhand and turned pro in 1997. On June 19, 2006, she reached a career-high WTA Tour ranking of No. 87. Sromova retired in 2008.
